Risotto with smoke trout

 100 g rice for risotto
 2 nice slices of smoked trout in slices
 1 large onion, minced
 500 ml veal stock
 100 ml white wine
 Parmesan

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion in a little butter

Deglaze with the wine

Add the veal stock and rice

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 15min

At the end of the cooking add the trout

Mix

Add the parmesan
