 250 g arborio rice
 150 g mussels
 150 g shrimps
 150 g chorizo cut into slices
 2 shallots
 1 tbsp fish stock
 2 tsp turmeric
 1 tbsp olive oil
 100 ml white wine
 600 ml water
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the chopped shallots in oil

Add the rice and then all the other ingredients

Put the instant pot in pressure mode 15min
