Risotto with leeks and soft creamy cheese from Elodie

 50 g Arborio rice
 2 small leeks cut into slices
 1 tsp butter
 Salt, pepper
 35 ml dry white wine
 115 ml water
 1 tbsp soft creamy cheese

In mode browning, put the butter and leek slices in the instant pot bowl

Fry for 3 minutes

Add the rice and mix well until the rice becomes translucent

Add the white wine and water

Salt and pepper

Mix

Add the cheese

Mix well

Cook for 10 minutes under pressure
