Risotto and cheese is a popular combination. In that recipe, a special cheese molded cheese is mixed up with the risotto. You may add pecans, pears or grapes to the dish.

 250 g round rice
 150 g gorgonzola in pieces
 200 ml liquid cream
 500 ml vegetable broth
  Pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Once the preheating is finished, brown the pecan nuts 2min without fat

Remove them and crush

Reserve

Replace with the rice, cream, and broth

Pepper Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 8min

At the end of cooking, add the gorgonzola and mix until it is melted

You can add pear, pecan or white grapes to your risotto
