In that recipe of risotto, the good old sausage is back. It will be mixed up with the rice covered in a nice sauce made of cream. Spices and herbs will enhance the dish.

Risotto with chorizo

 250 g arborio rice
 50 g frozen onion
 100 g chorizo in rings
 750 ml water
 1 cube bouillon
 100 ml fresh cream
 Parmesan
 Chili pimento
 Parsley
 1 tbsp olive oil

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion and rice in oil until translucent

Add the chorizo, water, and bouillon cube

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15min

Spice to taste

Add the fresh cream and Parmesan

Sprinkle parsley when ready to serve
