Here is another version of risotto with ham and cheese, a good popular combination. The soft cheese will give the rice a moist texture and the ham some color.

Risotto with cheese and ham

 150 g ham in pieces
 2 bouillon cubes
 1 onion, minced
 1 knob of butter
 200 g rice
 150 ml white wine
 4 single wrap cheese kiri

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion in the butter during the preheating

Add the rice

Wait until it is translucent

Add the white wine

Crumble the cubes

Cover with water at the level of the rice

Switch to pressure cooking 15min

At the end of the cooking, add the cheese and the ham

Put in mode browning until the cheese is well mixed
