Strasbourg sausages are usually pretty fat. But, in that recipe, some lean chicken sausages are used. They are mixed with rice and mustard to give it a good taste.

 6 chicken sausages herta
 160 g rice
 Water
 1 chicken bouillon cube
 1 chopped shallot
 2 tbsp of fine and strong mustard Amora
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the shallot without fat

Add the sausages and rice

Cover with water

Add the cube and the mustard

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 6min
