The following recipe should please the vegetarian. It consists of rice, soy protein, and lentils. The whole being seasoned with some nice oriental spicing.

Rice with lentils and soy in an Indian style from Angelique

 30 g coral lentils
 30 g semi-complete basmati rice
 20 g soy protein textured
 Curry
 Turmeric
 Vegetable salt
 250 ml water
 1 tbsp omega oil 3
 1 tbsp tamari

Place lentils, rice, soy protein, curry, turmeric, salt and water in the tank

Mix

Cook under pressure 5min

At the end of cooking, add oil and tamari
