Red mullet with zucchini and tomato

Here, we have a recipe of fish with vegetables. It's an easy preparation with some red mullet, tomatoes, and zucchinis. The fish will be cooked on top of the veggies.

2 red mullets

1 large zucchinis

6 medium tomatoes

2 small onions

1 tbsp olive oil

Pepper

Salt

Provence herbs

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Add olive oil and onion: 1 min

Add zucchini and tomatoes, stirring occasionally: 4min

Stop the browning mode

Add 15cl of water

Put the red mullets on top of the vegetables

Put into fast cooking mode: 4 min
