This is going to be a particularly good batter to cover the steak before cooking them in oil. Herbs, spices, and eggs will be mixed before the meat is rolled in it.

Real veal escalopes

 2 veal escalopes
 Fresh parsley
 Lemon juice
 1 onion
 1 garlic
 Salt, pepper
  Olive oil
 Fine breadcrumbs
 2 eggs

Mix the parsley, lemon juice, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, eggs, and olive oil

Roll the steak through the preparation and then into the breadcrumbs

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the meat in a butter and oil mixture for 3 minutes

Serve with steam potatoes
