Here is a nice recipe for summer days when your garden is full of fresh vegetables. It's called ratatouille and every country prepare it differently but it's always good and tasty.

 1 eggplant, coarsely chopped
 2 zucchinis, coarsely diced
 1 pepper, sliced
 1 onion, minced
 1 can tomato, crushed
 150 ml garlic-parsley broth
 Salt and pepper
 1 tbsp fenugreek

Put all the ingredients in the tank

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode for 5min
