This is an interesting preparation of blood sausages, cream, cheese, and potatoes. They will be put in a ramekin in layers before finishing with grated gruyere. It should be really good.
Cook the potatoes according to the instructions in the instant pot ingredients mode
In each ramekin put 1/2 crushed sausages at the bottom, a layer of camembert on top and the crushed potatoes
Add gruyère cheese and a little liquid fresh cream on top
Put the ramekins in the steam basket with 200ml of water in the tank
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 5min
