Here is a refreshing full of colors recipe. You can pick some fresh summer tasting tomatoes to prepare that dish of rabbits. Basil and rosemary will flavor the dish really nicely.

 1 rabbit cut into pieces
 12 small tomatoes
 1 cup dry white wine
 1 bunch of basil
 1 sprig of rosemary
 2 shallots
  Olive oil
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the shallots and basil in olive oil

Add the rabbit

Brown the rabbit on all sides a few minutes

Add the white wine

Add the tomatoes cut into 4

Salt, pepper

Pour in 500ml of vegetable broth

Add the rosemary

Put in pressure cooking for 15min
