Quails and white wine

This is another way to cook quails. Very simple, just some white wine with and some spice. You may want to serve it with a little rice and salad to make it complete

4 quails

1 large onion

150 ml white wine

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper

Put the instant pot to mode browning

Brown the onion and quails in the olive oil

Add the white wine

Add the salt and pepper

Put the instant pot in mode pressure cooking 30min
