Often, birds are served with fruit like plums or grapes. It gives the dish a particular taste that is different but good. You could try the quails with some grapes; you won’t be disappointed.

Quails and grapes

 4 quails ready for cooking
 2 bunches of white grapes
 1 bouquet garnished
 100 ml dry white wine
 100 g soft butter
 2 tbsp poultry stock
 Salt and pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Put a knob of butter in each quail, salt, pepper

Brown them in 20g of butter 5 to 6 min on each side

Meanwhile, peel the grapes

Once the quails are golden, add the grapes, the poultry stock, the bouquet garnished

Add the white wine

Salt, pepper

Cook under pressure 10min
