Pumpkin makes a really good soup. They are unctuous and very tasty. And by itself, it doesn't have many calories. This is a light version of the soup to share with your weight watchers friends

Pumpkin smooth soup with curry

 1 kg of pumpkin cubes
 750 ml of fatfree poultry broth
 2 tbsp of sauce thickener
 1 tbsp of curry (adjust to taste)
 125 g of 4% light cream
 Salt and pepper

Put all ingredients in the tank, except the light cream

Stir

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 8min

At the end of cooking add the cream and mix outside the tank to prevent damage
