Here is a recipe for the prawn lover. It is easy and quick to make. The prawns will be mixed up with tomatoes and coconut milk. A few good spices will confer an Asian touch to the dish.

Prawns, curry, coconut milk and tomatoes

 400 g peeled prawns
 400 g tomato crushed
 200 ml coconut milk
 1 minced onion
 1 minced garlic clove
 2 tbsp curry
 Salt, pepper
 1 tbsp olive oil

Set mode browning

Brown garlic and onion in oil

Add tomatoes, coconut milk, and curry

Let it brown 3 min

Add prawns and put under pressure 2 min
