You can curry about any food. It will always flavor the dish and give it an Asian touch. Some people like it hotter than others; it is up to you. In that recipe, you curried potatoes and zucchinis.

 800 g potatoes in cubes
 1 large zucchini in cubes se to taste)
 1 tsp Tikka Massala" spices ( to taste)
 200 ml cream
 200 ml water
 Oil
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the potatoes with salt and spices a few minutes

Add the zucchini and water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min

Add the fresh cream
