What is called potato tortilla is, in fact, a kind of custard with potatoes an eggs. Spices, herbs, and cheese will complete the preparation that is cooked in water.

5 eggs

5 small potatoes cut into

½ onion, minced

2 tbsp tomato paste

5 tbsp fresh cream liquid

1 handful of Gruyere

Parsley

Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the potatoes and onion 5min

Mix the rest of the food in a bowl

Add the potatoes and onion

Pour it into a mold suitable for the instant pot and film it with transparent paper

Put 250ml of water in the bowl

Put the mold in the steam basket

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 26min
