This recipe consists of cooking eggs mixed up with other ingredients in a steam basket. The result will be like a custard but a salty one. Accompany of a salad, it will make a good dish.

 Olive oil
 600 g of potatoes in thin sticks
 1 onion, minced
 100 g of sweet chorizo sausage in small cube
 6 eggs
  Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the potatoes and onion in a little olive oil

In a bowl break the eggs and beat them into an omelet with salt and pepper

Add the potatoes and onion

Add the chorizo

In the bowl of the instant pot put 200ml of water

Put in a pan cover with cooking paper suitable for the instant pot

Pour the preparation in the pan

Cover the pan with a plastic film for cooking

Put the pan in the steam basket

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 20min

At the end of cooking, take out the steam basket and let it cool down
