You may be interested in trying that recipe of Portuguese potful. Instead of white cabbages, the preparation uses red cabbages and of course some Port wine. Sausages, raisins, tomatoes and a few more ingredients will join into the recipe.

 4 sausages
 1 red cabbage
 1 package of smoked bacon
 1 handful of raisins
 1 small can of tomato paste
 3 carrots in slices
 1 small amount of butter
 150 ml Port wine

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the sausages without pricking them

Remove them and set aside

Put butter in the instant pot and sauté the carrots and cabbage for 8 minutes

Add the raisins, tomato paste, bacon, and Port

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 35min

After cooking, add the sausages

Put back in quick cooking 10min
