This is just a base recipe on how to cook a pork roast with some soft cream cheese. It's up to you to add ingredients to the preparation like vegetables and herbs.

Pork roast with soft cream cheese from Elodie

 1 small pork roast
 Salt, pepper
 200 g package of soft cream cheese with herbs and garlic
 200 ml of water
 1 bouillon cube
 2 tbsp of cornstarch

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the roast with a little fat

Stop the browning function

Add water, salt, pepper, soft cream cheese and broth

Cook 30 minutes in quick cooking mode or under pressure

Add the cornstarch at the end of cooking to thicken the sauce
