 1 mustard glass of port
 1 cup of orange juice
 1 large can of peach halves
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the roast on all sides

Add salt, pepper

Add orange juice, port, and peaches

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 40min

You can thicken the sauce with cornstarch or flour
