Pork ribs with Roquefort cheese

 2 shallots
 4 pork ribs
 1 drizzle of oil
 150 g Roquefort
 1 glass of white wine
 ½ cup of fresh cream
 Chives

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the shallots and pork ribs in oil

Take the pork out

Add the Roquefort in the tank in small pieces

Always in mode browning add the white wine, fresh cream salt and, pepper

Put back the pork ribs

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min

You can add the chives when serving with
