 750 g pork filet mignon in rings
 200 ml beer
 2 tbsp honey
  Bouquet garnished
 1 onion, minced
 10 small potatoes cut in 2

Brown the filet with the onion for 10min

Add beer and potatoes

Add honey

Switch to pressure cooking 13min
