It will take a little time to cook the preparation but the result should be worth it. Here, after browning a pork roast, you will cook it with wine, cream an a few good spices.

Pork fillet and whit wine

 600 g pork roast in the fillet
 1 tbsp olive oil
 2 crushed garlic cloves
 125 ml white wine
 1 bouillon cube
 1 tbsp veal stock
 200 ml liquid cream at 15% mg
 200 ml water
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Put the oil and garlic in the pan and brown the roast on all these sides

Once the roast is golden, add the white wine, bouillon, veal stock, cream and water

Put the instant pot in pressure mode 35min

At the end of cooking, salt, pepper
