 1.50 kg of potatoes in 5mm thick slices
 200 ml of liquid cream
 Onion, minced
 250 g of bacon
 Soft cheese for melting
 1 tbsp of olive oil
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Fry the onions and potatoes in the oil

Add the bacon and cream

Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in pressure mode 12 min

At the end of the cooking put the cheese in pieces

Put the instant pot in warming mode for 3min
