This is a recipe to prepare in the summer when there are a lot of fresh tomatoes and peppers. They are cooked briefly with some feta cheese. Basilic is added to give a good flavor to the dish.

Pepper, tomatoes and feta

 2 yellow peppers in strips
 600 g of crushed tomatoes
 1 chopped onion
 150 g feta cheese
 1 tbsp of chopped basil
 Olive oil
 50 ml water

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the onion in a little oil

Add the peppers and tomatoes

Add the 3/4 of basil leaves

Add the water

Crumble the feta cheese over it

Switch the instant pot to mode browning 7min

Decorate the plate with the remaining basil
