Penne pasta with chicken and pesto

Do you have some pesto left from last summer? Why don't you try to prepare that recipe of pasta mixed up with chicken, and, a few vegetables. A nice sauce will accompany the dish.

 170 g penne pasta
 80 g peas
 2 large chicken breasts in pieces
 1 tbsp olive oil
 100 g fresh button mushrooms cut into 4
 1 ½ tbsp pesto
 75 g half thick cream
 ½ cube of chicken bouillon
 350 ml water
 Salt, pepper

In a bowl mix pesto and cream

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the chicken in the oil

Add the mushrooms

Brown until the water evaporates

Salt, pepper

Crumble the poultry cube

Add the pasta, peas, and water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 8min

At the end of cooking, drain, return to the tank and mix the cream and pesto

Leave a few minutes in warm mode
