Pasta with mushrooms in a risotto fashion

Did you pick some wild mushrooms during your last walk in the forest? Here is a good recipe to use them. You will mix them up with pasta, spices, and cheese. It should be delicious.

 200 g orzo pasta
 2 handful of frozen peas
 2 shallots, minced
 300 g mixed mushroom
  Olive oil
 2 bouillon cubes
 60 g pecorino, coarsely grated
 50 ml water

Put the instant pot in mode browning

In a little oil, fry the shallots, and mushrooms for 7 minutes

Add all the other ingredients except the pecorino

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking for 10 minutes

At the end of the cooking, add the cheese
