A very simple and quick way to present pasta is just by covering them with a little soft cheese. In that recipe, you add a few leeks for texture and color.

Pasta with leeks and soft cheese

 180 g pasta of your choice
 1 leek, minced
 1 bouillon cube
 Water
 3 portions of soft cheese

In the bowl of the instant pot, put the leek, pasta, and cube of bouillon

Cover with water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 5min

At the end of cooking drain the water

Switch the instant pot to mode browning

Put the portions of cheese

Stir regularly

When all the cheese is melted stop the brown mode and serve
