This is an Italian dessert based on cream, milk, and gelatin. After warming the cream and milk, you mix it up with the gelatin. You can serve it with a fruit sauce to go on top.

Panna cotta

 1 l liquid cream
 300 ml milk
  Sugar (at your convenience)
 3 gelatin leaves softened in water

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Pour milk, cream, and sugar in the bowl

Add the gelatin

Stir

Bring to a boil, whisking

At the first boil cook 2 minutes more

Remove the vat from the instant pot and continue to mix until it cools a little

Put it in glasses and cool for at least 2 hours
