Here is a good recipe for a light supper or for a vegetarian. It consists of zucchinis and potatoes cooked in a little oil with some herbs and spices.

 400 g potatoes cubes
 1 tsp olive oil
 Salt, pepper
 Thyme
 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Put the oil in the tank and brown the vegetables for a moment while stirring

Salt, pepper

Add the thyme and garlic cloves

Add a little water, very little because the zucchinis will give water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10min
