Here is another good version of chicken with fresh oranges to create the sauce but in a light way. Why not try the tenderloin in a thick perfume orange sauce. It will delight your taste bud as well as your weight watchers friends.

Orange Chicken Tenderloins

 20 oz chicken breast
 2 oranges
 1.50 oz butter
 1 tbsp flour
 cayenne pepper
 salt, pepper
 1 tbsp cornstarch in a little water

Put the instant pot in roasting mode

Cut the zest of an orange into thin sticks and blanch them for 2 min in boiling water

Drain and keep aside

Cut the chicken breasts into strips, salt, pepper and flour them

Brown the chicken in the butter

Add a small glass of water

Switch for quick cooking 5 min

Add the juice of the 2 oranges and the zest that you have set

Add the cornstarch and mix in the roasting mode

The cooking is finished when the sauce is thickened
