This is a kind of a stew with some nice vegetables and a lot of good herbs. It will be well appreciated after a day of outdoors activities in the winter. It will be devoured in no time.
Put the instant pot in brown mode
Brown the onions and meat for 4 minutes
Add the leeks and carrots
Add the tomato, thyme, bay leaf
Salt (very little), pepper
Add the broth
Pass the instant pot in pressure-cooking mode 40min
If you like the sauce thicker, at the end of cooking, add cornstarch
