 1 large onion, minced
 3 shallots, minced
 A little butter
 2 cups of white wine
 1.50 kg mussels, cleaned
 250 ml semi-thick cream
 Parsley
 Pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion and shallot in a little butter

Pour in the white wine

Let reduce

Add the mussels and pour the cream over the mussels

Add the pepper and parsley

Stir

Switch to pressure cooking 3min
