This is another version of mussels with tomatoes. It always makes a good meal with not too much trouble preparing the dish. You can prepare them in many ways and it always tastes good.

Mussels and tomatoes

 600 g rozen mussels, shelled
 250 ml white wine
 Frozen chopped parsley
 150 g frozen onions
 4 tbsp tomato paste
 3 tbsp curry
 Salt, pepper

Put all the ingredients in the bowl on the instant pot

Cook under pressure 3 minutes
