Mussels and leeks

 300 g frozen shelled mussels
 3 leek whites in rings
 1 large onion chopped
 150 ml white wine
 1 lemon juice
 Salt, pepper
 Curry
 4 tbsp fresh cream
 Olive oil
 200 ml water

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion in a drizzle of olive oil

Add the leeks

Fry 3min

Add the mussels and white wine

Salt, pepper

Add the curry to taste

Put the lemon juice, water, and 2 tbsp cream

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 5min

At the end of the cooking, add the other 2 tablespoons of cream
