How about that strange combination of beet and mussels? Mixed up together, it will give a great salad. A fancy salad dressing will cover the 2 ingredients.

Mussels and beet salad

 2 beets cooked in cubes
 300 g of cooked frozen shelled mussels
 SAUCE
 1 portion of white cheese
 1 minced shallot
 1 tbsp vinegar
 4 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp mustard
 Parsley
 Salt, pepper

Put the frozen mussels in the tank of the instant pot with 300ml water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 2min

Mix the sauce ingredients

Mix the cooked and cooled mussels with the beets and the sauce

Serve cold
