This is an interesting recipe if you have some eggplants on hands. You will use some ground meat mix up with tomatoes and eggplants. You make layers with the ingredients and finished with some white sauce and grated cheese on top.

 1 kg eggplants
 2 onions
 800 g ground beef
 200 g crushed tomatoes

Cook the eggplants using the ingredients mode of the instant pot

Set the eggplants aside and clean the bowl

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onions in a little oil

Add the meat, tomatoes

Salt, pepper

Leave in mode browning 4min

On the meat put a layer of eggplants

Over the eggplants put the white sauce and cheese

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 5min
