Here is a recipe to share with your weight watchers friends. After a nice round of exercise, you may want to prepare that easy dish of vegetables to feed your hungry crowd.

Mix vegetables

 500 g potatoes in cubes
 200 g frozen peas
 400 g carrots in rings
 300 g frozen green beans
 ½ onion, minced
 125 g bacon
 270 ml vegetable broth
 1 bouquet garnished with salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the bacon, with the carrots and, onion

Add the potatoes, peas and green beans

Pour in the broth

Add the bouquet garnished

Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking for 10 minutes

Remove the bouquet garnished
