This is an interesting way to mix ground beef with potatoes. In the recipe, you mix up everything together with cream, adding a few spices and herbs to flavor the dish.

12 potatoes

600 g minced meat

3 cloves of garlic

200 ml liquid cream

100 ml water

Salt, pepper

1 beef cube broth

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the garlic cut into pieces with a little oil

Add the meat and brown it 3 minutes

Cut the potatoes in thin slices

Add all the ingredients

Put the instant pot in quick cooking mode 20min
