Meatballs are very popular and they can be fixed in about any way. That recipe uses an interesting combination of beer and syrup for the sauce. It will give it a definitely special taste.

Meatball Liégeoise

 1.20 kg minced pork and beef
 200 g smoked bacon
 200 g minced onions
 ½ l dark beer
 1 jar of dry fruit syrup
 100 ml liquid cream
 Corntarch

Set the instant pot to mode browning

Make 150g meatballs

Brown in the instant pot and remove them

Sauté the bacon and chopped onions

Return the meatballs

Add the syrup and beer

Put the instant pot in "pressure cooking" mode 20min

At the end of the cooking add the cream

Make it thick with the cornstarch
