How about preparing a meat pie for the next celebration as a first course? It's simple and you can make it in advance. You will mix some ground meat with eggs, bread, herbs, and spices.

 500 g sausage meat
 1 kg beef ground meat
 2 egg yolks
 4 buns of 100% soft bread
 1 sprig of thyme
 Garlic
 Salt, pepper

Mix all the ingredients by kneading with your fingers (except the thyme sprig)

Put half of the preparation in an adaptable dish for the instant pot

Put on top the sprig of thyme

Put the rest of the preparation on top

Put the bowl into the steam basket, film the preparation with special cooking food film

Add 250ml of water in the tank

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 20min
