Parsnip roots make good soup as well as a good mash. In the following recipe, potatoes and parsnips will be mixed together to create a great mash.

Mashed potatoes with parsnips

 2 potatoes in slices
 4 parsnip roots in slices
 Fresh cream
 1 knob of butter
 Salt, pepper
 200 ml water

Put the potatoes and parsnip in the steam basket of the instant pot

Place it in the tank with 200ml of water

Put the instant pot in quick cooking mode 20min

Put the vegetables in a bowl and mash them adding a little cooking water to have the right texture

Add the fresh cream and butter

Salt and pepper
