Here are the famous mash carrots that every baby must have eaten during there early days. The recipe is just that, carrots with a little spices, and cream to enrich it.

Mashed carrots

 600 g carrots in slices
 100 g thick cream
 1 knob of butter
  Salt

Cook the carrots under pressure, in the steam basket with 200ml of water for 10min

At the end of cooking, put the carrots in a bowl with butter, cream, and a little salt

Mix

You can add a little cooking water to soften the texture if you want
