This is a version of Colombo chicken in a light way. The preparation will have less meat and more vegetables to compensate. A good and healthy dish to share with friends.

 440 g chicken breasts
 ½ onion
 1 yellow pepper
 1 red pepper
 6 tbsp liquid cream at 12% mg
 Salt, pepper
 Colombo spices

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Meanwhile cut the chicken into large cubes, slice the onion and cut the pepper into thin strips

Put the poultry and onion in the bowl and fry the ingredients for about 10 minutes

Salt, pepper and put the Colombo spives (to your taste)

Add the cream

Mix well

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 6min
