 300 g lentils
 1 onion, minced
 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
 1 tbsp tomato paste
 50 ml olive oil
 1 tbsp salt
 1 pinch pepper
 1 pinch turmeric
 1 pinch cumin
 1 tbsp coriander
 900 ml water

Put all the ingredients in the bowl
