Here is a light dessert to conclude well a good meal. You take some lemon and eggs to prepare that delicious cream. The lemon peel will give it a good flavor.

Lemon cream with pressure cooking mode

 4 whole eggs
 3 lemons + their zest
 500 g powdered sugar
 125 g soft butter

Mix all ingredients

Put the mixture in a dish suitable for instant pot and cover it with special stretch paper for cooking

Put the dish in the steam basket

Add 200ml of water in the tank

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10 min

At the end of cooking, stir well and place the cream in pots
