Leeks fondue with smoke salmon

In that recipe, you will be using leeks and salmon with cream for the sauce. You can cook it in a pan or make a pie with the mixture. Either way, it will taste very good.

 400 g white leeks
 3 medium onions
 200 g smoked salmon in strips
  Olive oil
 150 g thick cream
  Mustard
 Salt, pepper

Put the leeks in the steam basket with 200ml of water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min

Empty the instant pot and reserve the leeks

Put the instant pot in mode browning

In a little oil, fry the onions

Add the leeks

Add the salmon

Put the cream and mustard and warm it up

To make a pie:

Put a puff pastry in a tart pan

Add the mix ingredients

Put grated cheese

Bake in the oven for 30min at 180°C
